1.Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to meetmate ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Aimtech Solution ("Company"), having its principal place of business at Gurugram, Haryana, INDIA.

By creating an account, browsing, or accessing any service on meetmate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access and use of the platform.

2.Platform Description & Scope of Services

meetmate provides an online digital discovery platform where:

• Startups and Clients can create business profiles, post project requirements, review freelancer and agency profiles, and communicate regarding potential collaborations.
• Freelancers and Agencies can create professional portfolios, showcase skills, browse open projects, and submit interests/proposals.

meetmate does not act as an employer, agent, joint venturer, or contractor of any user. All agreements for work, deliverables, and remuneration are directly entered into between the respective users.

3.User Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on meetmate, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• If registering on behalf of a company, startup, or agency, you have full corporate authorization to bind that entity to these Terms.
• All registration information provided (including email, name, business details, and portfolio) is true, accurate, and kept up-to-date.
• You will safeguard your password and accept full liability for all actions taken under your account credentials.

4.Supported User Roles & Guidelines

meetmate supports four primary user categories:

5.Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Posting fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, or misleading project postings or profiles.
• Harassing, spamming, stalking, or sending unsolicited mass promotions to other members.
• Attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of meetmate systems.
• Impersonating another individual, business entity, or government authority.
• Posting malicious code, viruses, or links to phishing resources.

6.Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all logos, portfolio assets, project briefs, and descriptions that you upload to meetmate. You grant meetmate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and host your content solely for platform operations.

meetmate IP: The meetmate name, logos, software, UI design, database architecture, and algorithms are the proprietary property of AimTech Solutions and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

7.Pricing & Payment Gateway Terms

During Phase 1, meetmate is provided free of cost. No subscription or platform commissions are charged.

In Phase 2, when payment processing and premium offerings launch via authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay), all payment flows, transaction fees, and escrow terms will be governed by updated payment addendums presented prior to checkout.

8.Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

meetmate is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permissible under Indian law, AimTech Solutions, its founders, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service or disputes between users.

9.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Haryana, India.

10.Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be announced via email or platform notification. Continued use of meetmate following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
